Delete your Allsono account

You can delete your Allsono account and the data that belongs to it yourself at any time. This covers the website and the apps for Android, iPhone and Mac.

How it works

1. Sign in on allsono.com with the account you use in the app (with e-mail and password, or with Google).
2. Open this page, or go to Account and choose "Delete account" at the bottom.
3. Type your e-mail address to confirm and choose "Delete account permanently".

What is deleted

• Your account: name, e-mail address, password and the link with Google.
• All your signed-in devices. The apps sign out by themselves.
• Your newsletter subscription, if you had one.

This happens right away. Music you play with Allsono is never stored on our servers, so there is nothing of it to delete.

Can't sign in?

Choose a new password through forgot password, or request the deletion through the contact form or by e-mail to [email protected]. Send it from your account's e-mail address; we then delete it within 30 days.
